I bought this at an independantly owned store, "Sacred Sword" in Lawrence KS. It bit me when I was examning it. I wasn't sure if I wanted it until then. It liked me, so I couldn't say no.

Not much story behind this one. I wanted a new knife, so I bought one. I love it no less, though.

Bowie

This was "left" to me by a one-time friend. I'm not sure who made it, only that it was supposedly made in Japan.

Talon

A very personal piece of that same friend. I was suprised he left it behind...

He's welcome to come and get it back, if it means as much to him as he led people to believe....

My first real sword. It's names are "moonshadow" and "Umbra Lunaris". I bought it at the same store, and at the same time, as the Dakkar Dagger. It was after buying this sword that I became serious about gaining knowledge on such weapons. 

Fantasy Dagger

Used to be an "Iron Cross" dagger until the handle broke. I recycled the leftover handle from another sword I had altered.

My first steel purchase from Cold Steel. I'd been wanting a kopis type sword for some time, and I was elated when I found this on the updated list of products. I addedthe strap myself.

This was a gift for my 18th birthday. It's a Kit Rae design, if I recall. All metal handle, and an aluminum scabbard.

Bought this in January. Supposedly this model is being discontinued, which is one reason I bought it. Unfortunately, it broke only moments after I named it "Patience"........there is an irony invloved, but I don't feel like explaining it.......

Another part of my first Cold Steel purchase. This bad boy is still hloding up, which is no surprise if you know what it's made of. I just have a habit of breaking weapons.......

Greatsword Waster

I got this from the KC RenFest about seven years ago, or so. It lasted four years before it broke. I'm working on fixing it up. I'll never be able to spar with it again, but I wouldn't mind using it for some form practice.

Ox Tail Waster

Also bought at the RenFest, and also broken. The black cord is the only thing holding it together. Again, planning to fix it up. The tape on the handle is decorative. I was bored.....
